Available Payment Method

• Cash on Delivery: This is the only payment method currently available within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

There is no online payment available currently, and we never ask for any bank card details from you.

How to place an order?

• Choose your products and complete the shipping details and phone number.
• Our customer service team will contact you to confirm the order, sizes, and colors before shipping.
• Pay the order value in cash to the shipping representative upon delivery.

Important Notes

• Please have the full order value ready when the representative arrives.
• The phone number is very important as the order will not be shipped before confirmation.

Refunds

In case of a return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via InstaPay  or via e-wallet, as agreed upon with customer service, in accordance with the return and exchange policy.
