Return and Exchange Policy

Timeframe:
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Product Condition:
The product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase, and must not have been used, altered, or have any defects or damage caused to it, while retaining the original packaging.

Defects:
The consumer has the right to exchange or return a defective item due to manufacturing defects within the specified period.

Shipping Costs:
The customer bears the shipping costs in case of return due to a change of mind or not wanting the product, while the store bears the costs in case of a manufacturing defect.

Refund Method:
The amount will be refunded within 14 days via InstaPay  or via e-wallet, as agreed upon with customer service

Products Excluded from Return and Exchange:
Underwear, swimwear, and products that have been used or whose original packaging has been altered, according to consumer protection law.
